Chinese New Year

I have so many posts to write and so little time.
First of all: let me just say that jet lag is a real thing, and it's awful.
Mina has been waking up between 1:30-2 a.m. every morning ready to play.
Good heavens above.

But who cares?
I'm home with my sweet and spicy girls and my hunky hubby.
Oh, and my saint of a mom is here to do all those pesky things like cook, clean, laundry, and grocery shop.

I will write much more soon (if I can stay awake...), but until then...
Here are my cuties on Chinese New Year yesterday:

Mina wasn't too thrilled that I let her down on the concrete (and out of my arms), but I just had to get a full shot of their sweet little dresses (which I totally needed to have ironed...oh well!)!
By the way, you can see the bruise on Mina's arm where she had blood drawn in China. Poor baby! :(

When I think of how dramatically and drastically life has changed for this little one in such a short time, I am in complete awe of her.
Mina, my love, you amaze me...

  1. All I read was 'mom in town' and I got a little (a lot) envious. The girls are adorable together! What does Mina do when Aubrey hugs you? Vivi screams her head off in jealousy when either of the kids try to touch me. Territorial much? :-/

  2. Well, those two couldn't be more precious in their little blue dresses! It's so great to see them together. I'm curious too..........how are they getting along? Is Mina ok with your affection towards Aubrey? Whatever is going on, I'm sure with time everyone will find their way. I hope she has warmed to her Daddy too!

Love & hugs to ALL the Riherd's from the Ham........
