My mom flies back to Kentucky tomorrow morning.
There is absolutely no way on earth I could have survived this past week without her.
NO. WAY.
She has been beyond incredible -- laundry, cleaning, picking-up, grocery shopping, cooking.
You name it -- she did it.
It's times like these that I really, really, really wish we lived closer!
I haven't had time to blog like I've wanted to (obviously), but I'm going to try and make it a priority this weekend.
I am forseeing a sink full of dirty dishes, toys all over the floor, and showers being skipped -- but there will be updates on the blog, by golly! Because this special time as a new family of four is already slipping by so fast, and this old corner of cyber-space is the one place I record it all.
